Moscow, 29 October 2014. SIBUR Holding changes its registered office and form of incorporation to a public joint stock company. After the reregistration, the Group's holding company will be located at the Tobolsk production site (Block 1, number 6 Bld. 30, Vostochny Promyshlenny Raion, Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast).

The Tobolsk site is SIBUR's largest production complex, accommodating Tobolsk-Neftekhim’s fractionation facilities, the Tobolsk-Polymer cutting-edge polypropylene facility, and the Denisovka station, a large railway hub handling most of the site's feedstock and end-product shipments. In 2014, SIBUR completed the construction of the product pipeline infrastructure between the Purovsky Gas Condensate Processing Plant and Tobolsk-Neftekhim, and started building the ZapSibNeftekhim complex in Tobolsk. The project will reinforce the city's position as the centre of the West Siberian petrochemical cluster and one of the largest industrial hubs in the country. SIBUR's re-registration in Tobolsk and the corresponding increase in taxes paid to Tyumen Region budget will contribute to the industrial and social development of the region.

The office of OOO SIBUR (SIBUR Holding's managing company) will remain at 16/3 Krzhizhanovskogo St., Moscow.

In addition, the Company will become a Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC) pursuant to amendments to the Russian Civil Code introducing a new classification of legal entities, which came into effect on 1 September 2014. From 10 November 2014, the Company’s official name in Russian will be «Публичное акционерное общество «СИБУР Холдинг»» (shortened to: ПАО «СИБУР Холдинг»); its official name in English will be Public Joint-Stock Company SIBUR Holding (shortened to: PJSC SIBUR Holding).
