LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)

LDPE is produced by polymerization of ethylene gas at higher pressure and temperature.

LDPE is widely used for production of various films and bags. Films made of low-density polyethylene are tensile and compression resistant, impact-resistant, water and vapor proof. However, they are vulnerable to gases and, therefore, are inadequate for packing the products sensitive to oxidation.

LDPE does not extract toxic substances in the environment. It is harmless for human body in case of direct contact.

Polyethylene is kept in closed premises excluding exposure to direct sun rays, at least 1 meter from heating devices. Polyethylene shall be kept at maximal temperature +25 ºС and relative humidity 40%-80%

PE 15303-003 is intended for manufacture of films and film articles, including thermosetting films, thin films, food contact grade films(including tight packing), general-purpose films and bags.
