Reports to:

Sales manager, SI Chief Executive officer – administratively

Job duties:


  • Frame contracts + calculation of the monthly formulas

  • Spot contracts

  • Contracts with 3rd parties, service providers

    Supply Chain Management:

  • Planning of the stocks together with logistic department

  • Planning of factory stocks and production

  • Customs issues

  • Logistics issues

  • Planning of customer schedule

  • Preparing of transport docs

  • Technical questions

  • Quality questions

    Customers relationship:

  • Checking of the cash flow and payments on time;

  • Customer correspondence;

  • Market analysis and statistics;

  • Reporting

    We are searching for candidates who have at least a 3 years’ experience in customer relationship and international sales and sales support. Fluent in English (as a must) and Spanish or Italian or German or Russian. Customer-oriented thinking, friendly and open-minded. Basic knowledge of logistics (Incoterms, Dangerous goods, transport equipment, overseas and bulk logistics, international regulations).
