Moscow, 4 July 2013. OOO SIBUR has received a notice from the owner of 100% of shares in OAO SIBUR Holding regarding a change in SIBUR Group’s beneficial ownership structure. Indirect interest of Adine Development Inc., which is beneficially owned by Mr. Leonid Mikhelson and Mr. Gennady Timchenko, in the Company's share capital has decreased from 94.5% to 82.5% in favour of companies that are beneficially owned by certain current and former members of the management of OOO SIBUR and OAO SIBUR Holding.

According to information received from the shareholders, the total combined equity interest held by the current and former members of the management of the Company has now increased from 5.5% to 17.5%, with no individual manager owning in excess of 5% equity interest in the Company.

In sum, minority shareholders of SIBUR Group now comprise:

  • Konstantin Belkin, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Alexander Dyukov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO SIBUR Holding;
  • Alexey Philippovskiy, the Company's former Chief Financial Officer;
  • Mikhail Gordin, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Mikhail Karisalov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OOO SIBUR;
  • Sergey Komyshan, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Dmitry Konov, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of OOO SIBUR;
  • Boris Lim, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Oleg Makarov, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Pavel Malyi, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OOO SIBUR;
  • Anton Matviyenko, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Sergey Merzlyakov, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
  • Mikhail Mikhailov, Management Board Member of OOO SIBUR;
